Bill Calhoun is a Southern California full service real estate professional who specializes in luxury homes in Orange County, with a focus on Newport Beach and Eastbluff, where he lives. As a Douglas Elliman agent, Bill has the ability to market his clients’ properties to 29,000 agents in 59 countries and with marketing translated in 18 different languages. He works with buyers and sellers throughout California, across the US as well as globally. As an avid fly fisherman, Bill has lead hosted trips to many international and domestic fly fishing destinations. He also enjoys mountain biking, archery, skiing, camping and trap shooting. Bill also holds a USCG Captains License and uses his 22’ center console to tour Coastal Properties with his clients from the water’s edge. In between his busy schedule he can still be found fly fishing around the scenic rocky outcroppings that pepper the California Islands and coastal waters with real estate clients, friends and -as a thank you- anyone who refers him business.
